Show Schedule and Information:
March 28 is a Preview Day for buyers and other visitors. On this day, visitors can preview the online booths of all exhibitors. The platform allows visitors to tag preferred exhibitors, schedule appointments with them, as well as invite colleagues to meetings once confirmed. Exhibitors may log in on March 28 also to begin accepting appointment requests. Exhibitors should reply to meeting requests as well as to any e-mail messages in a timely manner.
March 29 – 31 is when meetings can be held and our exclusive PLMA Live! video presentations for this event will begin broadcasting. PLMA Global will have worldwide participation, therefore the Show platform will be open 24 hours each day. Exhibitor personnel are expected to coordinate their schedules to staff their online booth during their own normal business hours through the show. The platform will remain open to all exhibitors and visitors until June 30.
Login Help:
Participants that are already registered for PLMA Global and are having login difficulties, please click on the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link located directly above the LOG IN button on the PLMA Global main page. Then follow the ‘reset password’ instructions to receive new login credentials by e-mail. Such e-mails will be sent from noreply@plma.com, please be sure to also check your spam or junk e-mail folders for incoming e-mail messages.

Technical Cheat Sheet:
Be sure the computer you are using to participate in PLMA Global has Google Chrome set as its default browser and that you are using Chrome to access the site. Upon entering the Online Show, Chrome will ask you to allow permissions for the browser to access your video camera, microphone, location, and settings as well as provide notifications during your participation in PLMA Global. It’s imperative you give these permissions in order for your computer and browser to utilize all the platform tools, to enhance your Online Show experience and avoid technical challenges. If you did not see the permissions notification, then please go to Chrome’s Site Settings under Security and Privacy and allow for these permissions noted above.
