Joel Rampoldt, CEO of Lidl US, will deliver the Monday Keynote Breakfast presentation. Rampoldt will share insights into the retailer mindset and how the private label industry can come together to make the most of this historic moment.

Rampoldt became the CEO of Lidl US in 2023, following a successful career in management consulting. Lidl is part of the Schwarz Group and is the world’s fourth-largest retailer and operates more than 180 stores on the East Coast.

His career has deep retail experience. Rampoldt’s first job was as a bagger at his local Kroger at age 15. After earning an MBA from Yale, he spent two decades advising leaders of U.S. and European grocery companies as a Partner and Managing Director at AlixPartners, as well as a consultant at Oliver Wyman and KPMG.
