Harry Overly is President & CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Flagstone Foods, a premier snack mix, mixed nuts, and dried fruit retailer-brand supplier, and a portfolio company of Atlas Holdings, LLC.
In addition to his responsibilities at Flagstone Foods, Harry serves as the Executive Chairman of the Board at Sun-Maid Growers of California, where he served as President & CEO from 2017 to September 2022. Harry is an Operating Partner at Atlas Holdings, LLC, and an Independent Board Director on the Board of Directors for Pairwise, a mission-driven start-up company utilizing agriculture, technology, and consumer foods to harness the transformative potential of new genomics technologies to create innovative new products.
Prior to joining Sun-Maid, Harry was the CEO of North America for Deoleo, the Chief Customer Officer of TreeHouse Foods, and held several positions within marketing, sales, and product innovation within Kraft Foods, The Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co, and BestSweet, Inc.
