A custom-curated, online program conducted in four days over four months -- September to December 2026 -- is designed to equip manufacturers to move from bid-based selling to category-led growth and execution. By the end of the four-day program participants will:
- Learn to help manufacturers understand how to synchronize internal planning
- Develop category growth plans based on retailer timelines and strategy, accelerating execution and customer impact
- Move from bid focused to category focused
- Session Schedule/Times: Participants will be contacted prior to the start date to confirm availability. Sessions will be scheduled based on what works best for the majority of the group.
