Mastering Account Management - 4-week online program - 2 hr. sessions

By the end of the June 4-week, on-line program, participants will:

  • Be equipped to navigate customer challenges, break through growth barriers, and manage negotiation trade-offs through simulated or actual account scenarios/case studies
  • Reinforce learning through practical application, peer insight, and structured problem-solving tied to enterprise retail dynamics

Alumni of PLMA’s 2025 Executive Education Mastering Enterprise Sales or experienced sales leaders. For individuals or multiple colleagues.

Program Details

Up to 15 participants maximum 

  • A certified SalesStar high performance coach leads the group session
  • Weekly live high-performance coaching and on demand learning curriculum
  • Each week is focused on a specific competency and skill set essential to Mastering Enterprise Account Management
  • Estimated time per week for participants is between 2 and 3 hours
  • On demand learning content and curriculum is hosted on Thinkinc.com LMS platform
  • Session Schedule/Times: Participants will be contacted prior to the start date to confirm availability. Sessions will be scheduled based on what works best for the majority of the group.
  • Calendar invites are sent for each session, and sessions are recorded to accommodate any scheduling conflicts.
